How similar is the print to the original?

Warranty - Is there a warranty for prints?
Warranty against color fading for life.
The warranty is in indoor conditions, without direct sunlight or focused spot lighting. Do not clean the image with any liquid except with a fine dust brush.
Self-collection - Can I collect the order and save shipping charges?
Definitely yes! The order can be collected from one of the centers in Pedu’el, in Modi’in, or in another place to be determined in coordination. “Pick-up” should be noted at the time of booking, or contact one of the channels listed on the “Contact” page.
Delivery time - What is the delivery time?
- Print time: The time to prepare the print is usually up to 10 business days. In the case of a new drawing that has not yet been printed and requires a scan, the preparation time may take up to 20 business days. If a faster delivery is required, please contact us via the website or in the order notes, and try to shorten the preparation time.

Cancel and Replace - Can I cancel or replace a product I bought?
- After placing and confirming the order, it is sent for printing. Due to high printing costs, the order can not be canceled or replaced if it has already been sent for printing.
- In exceptional cases, if the customer received the printout and is somehow dissatisfied, the opportunity to return it is available and order a different print of the same or smaller size, by adding a 20% of its cost.
- In this case, the customer must ensure that the original print is sent back and arrives without fault. Shipping costs of returning the original product and the new replacement product will be applied to the purchaser.
- This benefit can be redeemed once per order.
Has a damaged item arrived?
In the event of a defective item, it must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
To return / exchange, please leave a return request via the Contact Us page or by telephone and email on the website and we will contact you for further details.
We will replace the item within 14 days.
Image Sizes and Dimensions - Can I choose a different size?
You can choose in the website a size in one of several options.
In order to ask for a different size, please contact “Contact” for information.
In choosing the measurements, the ratio between the length and height of the painting must be maintained.
Important – there may be differences in the final dimensions of the image up to 2 cm (larger or smaller) – if the exact size is important – please specify this at the time of booking.
Order with credit card and not through PayPal
When choosing a form of payment PayPal can be paid directly via credit card as a “guest” without the need for a PayPal account
Order by Phone - Can I order by telephone or credit card?
You can place an order by phone via the website, click on the last step of the order (in the window for entering the credit details) in the link below “telephone payment”. You will then receive a confirmation and an order number – our representatives will contact you during office hours to obtain your credit details and continue the ordering process.

Gift Packaging - Can you pack your gift products?
The products can be packaged in a gift box at no additional cost. You can add a few words to the product on a greeting card.
Products wrapped in a gift and sent by mail are packed in an additional outer packaging for shipment and preservation of the quality of the cover.
Shipments - Can I send the products to a different address than my address?
Definitely yes! You can easily send the gift to the recipient, simply enter the name and address of the recipient.
Greeting Card - Can I attach a greeting card?
Definitely yes! When you order, in the Notes field, you can add a number of words that are added to the product on a greeting card.
